Distinctively Tasty Garlic Jellies make our New Hampshire grown organic garlic available year round, presently available in 4 flavors; Simply Garlic, Rosemary Ginger Garlic, Mint Garlic & Red Pepper Garlic. The jellies are so delightfully versatile that they are great fun and so easy to use. We suggest that you use them as an uncommon hordouves and condiment, as on crackers with cream cheese. As a baste the jellies enhance the flavoring of any dish, meat or vegetable.They come attractively packaged, gift giving ready.
The jellies are available in 4 and 8 oz bulb-shaped jars for $4.00 and $6.00 and as a "Tower" which is a collection of your choice of 3 -2 oz jars at $12.00.
If it is fresh garlic you would like, we have 5 hardneck varieties available from mid-July through December and sometimes into March, contingent upon the year's weather conditions and harvest. The 2009 stock is drying in the barn! Looks great and uncured garlic bulbs are now for sale.
A few fresh scapes are available at $10/pound (but you only need a $4.50 bag to make the scape pesto. Scapes are a light garlicky spring green, wonderful when steamed, sauteed or just eaten raw - use as you would chives, onions, garlic cloves or even asparagus. We have the best "scape pesto" recipe for you to try!
Garlic bulbs are sold by the bulb ($1-$2 each)or $12.00 - $14.00 per bag (a pound or plus).
