The Little Bay Baking Company was founded on the principle that gluten free foods should taste good. With over 30 years of experience in cooking gluten free, we have the mixes that will have your family and friends asking for your recipes. We manufacture our mixes in a dedicated gluten free facility and we have earned the CSA Seal of Recognition.
Many families are now dealing with multiple food allergies, and we have been mindful of that when developing our mixes. All of our mixes are gluten and casein free. Since many Celiacs can be casein and lactose intolerant, all of our products, when made according to package directions, remain casein & lactose free. Our gingerbread cookie mix needs no eggs. The waffle/donut hole mix and the cornbread mix contain no added sugar. The all purpose breakfast mix is a tasty way to get more fiber in your diet. With 5 grams of fiber per serving and a delicious hearty flavor these pancakes and waffles are a great way to start your day.
