Forty to One is a family-run business. We have been offering maple syrup for sale since 1990, when we first became members of the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association. Our customers tell us that our syrup is the best they've ever had. We're sure you'll agree.

We prefer to package our syrup in glass to show its natural beauty. Larger glass containers do not ship well however, and we are now using plastic jugs for pints and quarts. We still ship 12-oz and 16.9-oz jugs in glass.

Our 2009 syrup is now available. This season we have both Grade A Medium and Grade A Dark Amber. The Medium Amber has a deep golden color and rich maple flavor. The Dark Amber is somewhat darker in color with a more pronounced maple flavor.
