We at NH MADE are very thankful to be surrounded by our wonderful members and all their high quality, hand-crafted products, specialty foods and services on a daily basis. It is a wonderful thing to be able to buy directly from producers, farmers, artisans and craftspeople in this great state of ours! Did you know that the olive pit is a symbol of gratitude? Check out these hand crafted in NH olive pit gratitude bracelets! Be sure to have local products and foods on your Thanksgiving table this month! Visit nhmade.com for member businesses in your area!
Just returned the banner to Coppal House Corn Maze in Lee, they decorate our NH MADE building at the fair every fall wonderfully with all sorts of pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks and hay! Couldn’t help but notice their fabulous corn maze and inside store offerings-October really is the perfect month to put some local meat and veggies from a local farmers market or farm stand in the crock pot then go off corn mazing! Many of our farm stand members also offer wagon rides. Beans and Greens Farm in Gilford is stocked with produce and has a corn maze, as does Trombly Gardens in Milford, Moulton Farm in Meredith, J & F Farms in Derry, and Longview Farm in Plymouth!
(noun) “the transmission of customs from generation to generation.” –
New Hampshire is rich in autumnal traditions, agricultural fairs, apple picking, wagon rides, autumn festivals and more! We hear the most wonderful stories of visitors going back year after year to the same locations, bringing new generations and family additions and friends each year. Be sure to visit nhmade.com and find the nearest apple orchard NH MADE member, farmstand NH MADE member and be sure to come see us at the annual NH MADE building at the Deerfield Fair October 1-4 for that annual tradition! #nhfairs
