Bloom’n Cow Ice Cream is committed to making the finest and freshest ice cream, gelato, and nondairy frozen desserts in NH. All products are made in small batches by Nick Lewis, our Master ice cream and gelato chef and baker in Newmarket, NH. With over 300 recipes we have an ever-changing selection of frozen treats, custom cakes, baked goods and house made candies. Along with our production kitchen, our scoop shop is in the renovated Mill building in Newmarket and we are open year round. We also offer wholesale options for your restaurant and scoop shop, catering, and serving at weddings and events. Because creating a frozen dessert, ice cream and gelato is more science than not, we offer individual recipe consultation and product development services.
