At Loon Chocolate, we work with only ethical traders who import cacao beans (cocoa bean), from small farm growers who ship to us Raw. After hand sorting only the finest beans - we roast, shell, and stone grind our beans for over 72 hours and blend with organic demerara (a less refined cane sugar) with a touch of organic cocoa butter.
