NH MADE Member Directory

The New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra, founded in 1895, is the oldest and longest operating orchestra in New Hampshire. In 1905, the orchestra established itself as an on-going performance vehicle -- an amateur arm of the Manchester Institute of Arts and Sciences -- giving regular concerts as the Orchestra of the Manchester Institute of Arts and Sciences under the musical direction of Professor Rudolph Schiller. More recently, in 2015, the New Hampshire Philharmonic moved to Pinkerton Academy and the Stockbridge Theater after 20 years at the Palace Theater in Manchester, NH.
