Thank you for your interest in becoming a NH Made Member! The signup process is easy:

  1. Review the Criteria for Membership to make sure you qualify.
  2. Fill out the form below and click Submit.
  3. Submit payment information for the first year’s membership fee.  You will be charged with the submission of your application. Should your application not be approved you will be instantly refunded.

This form is for use only by new NH Made member applicants.  If you have an existing membership, visit your membership account page to make changes.

This is the address where you primarily operate your place of business, and that will be (if you choose) displayed in your profile and on the member locator map. Billing and shipping addresses are entered later, during the store checkout phase.
