Shipping Policy

Most items are in-stock and shipped from The New Hampshire Stores within 3 – 5 days from the date your order was placed. Items “Drop Shipped” from our NH Made members who ship directly to you will arrive separately. All Drop Shipped products are identified in the product description for your convenience.

Please contact us at estore@nhmade.com with any shipping questions prior to making your order or if you need a faster turn around; we’ll do our very best to accommodate you!  Our website is set up to ship within the U.S. only, but special arrangements can be made to ship most products to Canada by emailing us in advance.

Return Policy

Full credit for the cost of items(s) minus shipping is given to items shipped from The New Hampshire Stores if returned within 30 days of purchase in new condition with original packaging materials.  Please contact individual Drop Shippers for their respective return instructions.  Thank you!
